I started my career with Baird as a Financial Advisor in 1987. As the founding member of The Dahlberg, Knott and Brandt Group, I set high standards for myself and our team, with an emphasis on the importance of quality service. Currently, I serve as the Executive Director for Baird’s Private Wealth Management business. While my role has evolved, the mentorship and guidance I provide to the team remains unchanged. We continue to measure the team’s success by how satisfied our clients are with our service and guidance.
Over the years I have been involved in several charitable organizations, including The Ronald McDonald Children's’ Charities and Stateline Youth Sports.
